Eligibility for Exchanges

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, visit our Contact Us page and fill out the exchange request form with your order number and reason for the exchange.

Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your items.

Ship Your Items: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us using the provided return address. Include the return authorization form provided by our customer service team.

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Processing

Inspection: Once we receive your exchange package, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the exchange criteria.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the exchange to be processed after we receive your package and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form. We will arrange for a replacement, including any return shipping costs.

How to Process an Exchange on Shopify

  1. Log In: Log in to your Shopify account.
  2. Go to Orders: Navigate to the Orders section.
  3. Select Order: Find the order you want to exchange and click on it.
  4. Create Return: Click on "Create Return" and follow the prompts to generate a return authorization.
  5. Ship Back: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ship back the items.
